WIREWIREWIREWIRE
‘wirewirewirewire’ is series of seatings,
designed with stainless steel wires in knitted structure.
Not like the other metal wire products — so called meshes —
this knitted structure does not require welding to hold to each other together.
They also have different behaviour traits to normal meshes.
The loops are connected with hook-in method,
like our knitted fabrics.
The pressure on to the mesh spreads out through out whole pattern,
making the structure flexible but stable.
When this simple structures are combined together,
they make extremely sturdy resistance.
One wire would be so weak that it deform easily,
but together they hold it’s shape, thus holding the weight.
Light and thin stainless wire allows the seating to be comparably light-weight and sustainable,
from the material itself being highly recyclable, but also using less material mass.
The knitted pattern is not welded on, just clipped on to its frame,
allowing them to be endlessly replaceable / repairable.
